Kitchen remodel, including new stainless steel appliances, completed in October 2009. Community swimming pool, beach, clubhouse, and tennis courts are available for an active lifestyle. Master bed room has large walk-in closet. Building is secured with key entry to pool, club house, private beach access, and his/her saunas.

The living room and master bedroom both have high definition LCD televisions and cable DVR (digital video recorders). High speed wireless internet service is included and may be accessed from all rooms including balcony. All utilities are included in the monthly rental fee. Unit has clothes washer, dryer, dishwasher, treadmill, central heat and air conditioning. Bed linens and bath towels are on-site and also available for convertible queen size sofa bed in living room. Other small amenities include microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, hairdryer, iron/board, printer, balcony furniture and ceiling fans.

Building has assigned indoor garage parking (one space) and unassigned parking outside for visitors and boats. Building is handicapped accessible with ramp and elevator. The common areas adjacent to the pool offer a large gas grill for cooking, a convenient outside shower, and a clubhouse with full kitchen facilities including tables and chairs and a library. Also included in the clubhouse are his and her private showers, vanity and dressing areas with saunas. Clubhouse may be reserved for
private parties at no cost.
