Villa au Moule has an exceptional view of the ocean and nearby
surfers. It has a gate and walk-way
leading to the ocean and surfing within 300 feet. Secluded white
sand beaches within minutes of
walking distant and more beaches within 5 to 10 minutes by car.
Center City of Moule is minutes by car with banking, grocery store
and shopping seven days a week.
This 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned and spetecular views. Master-room
has an queen size bed and
large bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms upstairs each have 2 full size
beds with their own bathroom.
Between the 2 rooms upstairs is a mezzanine(an opening) for reading,
watching tv and relaxing.
Fully equiped kitchen with washing machine and dryer and all the
amenities you need to operate a
household and more.

The villa is designed to take advantage of the majestic view and
sunsets of the carribean. It has
two balconies with sofas and tables and chairs to rest and eat
wherever you please and have an ocean
view. This villa is ready for big families and grand parties.

Moule's open markets.

The villa's location is set to a private location with own gated
entry. Not far from there is San
Francois 5 to 10 minute ride to boats, sailing, jet-sky, ferries to
other islands, golfing, fishing,
beaches,and anything your heart desires. You can choose to sit on one
of the balconies all day long
or you can go and explore the beautiful island of Guadeloupe.
