11 pools(five are heated) with one being a private pool on the beach with a
snackbar/grill/restrooms. Shuffleboard, lighted tennis courts, 18 hole mini golf,fitness center alll
included in private gated resort with 24 hour security patrol
vacation rental rates
All rates are in US dollar currency. rates above are for rental only and do not include 12.5% FL taxes, the $80 cleaning fee, and a $150 pet fee. Weekly rentals require a $200 refundable security deposit to hold listing and cover any damages or theft. Monthly rentals require a $250 security deposit for the same. SPRING BREAK rentals March 3 thru April 7 and SUMMER SEASON May 1 thru Aug. 6 weekly rentals are $1,205.00 and from Aug. 6 thru March 3 weekly rentals are $868.00 and includes FL taxes and cleaning fee. Winter rentals are done on an individual basis and can be prorated based on the number of nights or months rented.
