Duplex is only 3 blocks walking or a bike ride distance( 3 bicycles are included in the rental fee)
from Harry Harris State Park. This park has all the amenities, beach,
picnic tables, barbecues, trees, playground for kids, restrooms, boat ramp,fishing pier, baseball
field & basketball courts. The duplex is upstairs with a large balcony,where you can enjoy your
morning coffee or any other dining activity. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Open living and dining room
area and fully stocked kitchen, with washer/dryer.
Parking space is available for 2 cars.

Duplex is fully furnished, everything is brand new and is extremely clean. Available unit is on the
2nd floor with a large balcony furnished with outdoor furniture and a Bar-B-Q. Completely stocked
kitchen with pots,pans,plates,silverware,cooking utensils,microwave,blender,toaster,coffee maker.
Laundry room with washer/dryer. Living room has 2 futons, cable TV,VCR. Dining room table sits 6.
Master Bedroom w/queen size bed,(brand new foam mattress) TV & VCR. 2nd room with 1 full size bed,
TV & VCR. Bathroom has towels, toilet paper, starter toiletries. Large back yard with table, chairs
and Bar-B-Q. Small storage room available in back yard with 3 bicycles.
3 Mins. to Mariners Hospital and Tavernier Shopping Plaza offering dining and entertainment. Movie

$200.00 per night/ nightly rates
$800.00 to $1000.00 for weekly rentals
$1700.00 to $2000.00 for monthly rentals, depending on Holidays and season
$300.00 Security deposit for daily & weekly rentals and $500.00 for monthly rentals. Reservations
will not be held until Security deposit is received.
Full payments are required prior to arrival. For monthly rentals, first month payment required
prior to arrival, multiple months by arrangements.
