This gorgeous beach house getaway is located in a desired quiet
neighborhood just a few minutes walk to one of the most beautiful
beaches the east coast has to offer. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house was
fully renovated and furnished as of June, 2008!!! Relax after a
fun-filled day at the beach in one of our soft leather couches, or
take a nap on one of our comfortable mattresses in either of our 2
Queen Size beds. The house also comes with 2 single bunk beds, (house
sleeps 6-8 and all furniture is brand new).This house is exceptionally
clean. It has a brand new
fridge, washer and dryer, microwave, air conditioner and heater, and a
beautiful 16 x 14 front deck. Our beach house also features 2
Florida rooms (front and back), and an outside shower in the back to
rinse off sand or salt gathered from the beach.Plus, as an added
feature, enjoy unlimited internet access and call anywhere in North
America and talk for as long as you'd like for FREE!

475 Per/ week all year round
975 Per/week during special weeks.
1550 Per/month
Cleaning fee of $75 and 12.5% tax.
Special weeks include Bike week, Biketoberfest, and any of the major
racing weeks.
A 400 dollar deposit is required to hold the reservation.The
deposit will be refunded 1 to 3 days after check-out when the house is
cleaned and inspected. The full amount of the rental is due at least
2 full weeks prior to check-in and the payment method is either PayPal
(for your protection) or certified cheque (cheques must be cleared 2
weeks prior to check-in , so if you choose this method, send the
cheque 3 weeks ahead of time). Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
