Vacation Rental Description

Newer craftsman style 2-story plus rooftop deck and guest cottage, and only 7 houses from the beach! 
Main house has 1st level Master suite with french doors onto patio.  Gourmet kitchen and eat-in dining  
area opens to airy great room and through french doors to patio. There is a formal dining room that  
easily seats 12. The powder room completes the main level.  Brazilian cherry floors, granite,  
travertine marble, and slate all contribute to the beautiful decor.  The 2nd level has a family room  
with pool table and opens to fabulous balcony porch with spiral stairs to rooftop deck. From this  
vantage point, one can view Pt. Loma, the Ocean, and fireworks galore. There are also two bedrooms with  
a double vanity bath, and an office loft on this floor. A short walk through the lushly landscaped  
yard, complete with fire-ring and jacuzzi spa, will take you to the detached 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage,  
a perfect suite for the grandparents.  Come & enjoy all the amenities and make glorious memories!

3 Televisions, 3 DVD players, 2 Video players, high speed internet (via Roadrunner). Stereo with CD  
library included, also extensive DVD library. 
Attached 1 car garage for your use.  Complete laundry room with iron, etc. included. 
Gas BBQ, Patio heater, 2 bicycles (new cruiser style), beach wagon, beach chairs, coolers, beach  
umbrella, beach towels, boogie boards, sand toys & games included. 
Gourmet kitchen completely stocked with cookware, as well as dishes and fine china.  Many wine glasses! 
If there's anything else you may need, please ask, as we probably have it! 
The favorite amenity is our fire-ring with ample seating.  We even provide most of the firewood!

Activities and Attractions

All of the many activities of Coronado, Concert in the Park on Sunday afternoons at 6:00 p.m.,  
leisurely walks to any of the very fine dining spots in town. The beach is but steps away, and has  
separate areas for swimming and surfing.  The fabulous Hotel Del Coronado is but down the beach. 
San Diego has such wonderful amenities as the world famous Zoo, SeaWorld, the Wild Animal Park,  
Legoland, etc.  The USS Midway, the Star of India, and many museums are only minutes away. 
We are located at the North end of the beach near the brand new restrooms and showers.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates:  $4,500.-$20.000. USD per month. 
Please inquire as to rates for specific dates. 
50% deposit due at time of lease signing, balance due 30 days prior to possession. 
$4000 security deposit fully refundable if no damage, due at possession. 
 
Reservations for summer 2009 will be accepted after Jan. 1,2009. 
 
Absolutely no smoking or pets permitted.
