We are located on the QUIET side of the lake meaning "NO TRAFFIC JAM" every time you need to go to the store. Why fight the traffic while you’re supposed to be relaxing on vacation?  We are at the 44MM of the main channel and about 25 minutes from Osage Beach!

Enter into the open floor planned ranch style cabin from the kitchen entry or French door that overlooks the Lake. You'll love the living room with its wrapped sofa sectional (queen size sleeper), satellite TV and great wood burning fireplace. Just off the living room are the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a 2nd TV suitable for playing DVD. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds, and satellite tv, which is perfect for the kids. The dining area (for 6) and includes a breakfast bar (for 4). And as an added feature, the kitchen is spacious enough for two cooks. And the home has a great laundry room off the kitchen and one full size bath with a tub/shower combination.

You'll spend most of your time outside at this great vacation retreat. The deck is spacious with built in bench seating and a patio set for 4. Just off the deck is the grill area with a nice size charcoal grill. Grassy yard is part sun and shade and everyone will certainly love the natural sand beach (highly desirable amenity at the Lake) and the great lake views! The dock has one open boat slip if you choose to bring your own.

The home even has a fantastic on-site boat rental (24' PlayCraft Deck Boat, 200 HP Mercury, 12 person capacity. Rates are 2 hour $100, 4 hour $175, 8 hour $300 and 10 hour $350 with multi-day discounts available.

The 1,200 square foot house is available year around and features central heating and air conditioning, TVs, DVD, phone, all bedding, bath and dish towels, and iron with ironing board. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes a dishwasher, range, microwave, and refrigerator. Other features include weekly trash pick-up, open parking, and laundry room.

This cozy property is just 5 minutes from Laurie and 30 minutes away from all the action on the busy side of the Lake – Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach – via the community bridge. Once you are here plan to take in any number of lakes attractions including state parks, theme parks, cave explorations, golfing, go-karts, theatres, bowling, music shows, museums, and of course lots of shopping. We can help with any of the details of your vacation planning and would be glad to mail out vacation guides, restaurant guides, state park guides, etc. Our hospitality is yours for the asking!

Properties are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Guests should bring replacements for these starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.

The Lake is full of fun with 18 hole golf, Miniature golf, cave tours, bowling, theatres, Ha Ha Tonka State Park and castle, go-kart tracks, arcades, a water park
and family fun parks.

The fun doesn't stop there however! Visit the Historic Bagnell
Dam Strip, this mile long stretch is full of arcades, batting cages, rides, parasailing, rocket launcher, haunted hotel, mazes, cruises, ice cream shops, restaurants and Ozark gift shops. At night, this place turns into a
60's hotspot and all the kids sit on their cars as others cruise the Strip.

And don't forget the wonderful restaurants, bars, night clubs, the
Outlet Mall, unique shops, the site seeing, swimming, fishing, boating, and RELAXING!

A major credit card is required to hold all reservations. A house deposit is required to reserve the home and the rental balance is due upon arrival. We will send checks through the bank only once. There will be a $50 charge for any checks returned for insufficient funds or account closed, and your reservation will be cancelled immediately. All funds must be paid in U.S. currency.

is by 11:00 a.m.
