Vacation Rental Description

This fantastic condo is much in demand for its location on the western gulf coast in the poplar  
Naples area. You may tie up your boat to a pier in front of the condo and have direct access to the  
Gulf Mexico within 5 minutes. There are two wonderful pools and hot tubs in the landscaped area over  
looking the river which boasts dolphin, manatees and great fishing. Three lighted tennis courts are  
tempting anytime. The super fine sand of the Marco Island’s crescent beach provides very good  
swimming and shelling. Numerous nearby restaurants, offering local fresh fish dishes, make decisions  
hard. This 800 sq ft condo is unique. It has wide doorways and a screened in lanai. The master  
bedroom has 2 comfortable Twin beds and with a walk in shower. There is a queen sleep sofa in the  
living area along with a comfortable recliner. You could spend you entire vacation enjoying the  
breezes on the lanai overlooking the tropically landscaped surrounding area and the peaceful, yet  
active, Marco River. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher. The washer and dryers are  
conveniently located in your hallway. Included is cable TV with VCR and music system. 
 
Marco Island is 200 miles from Orlando, 170 miles from Tampa, 100 miles from Miami and 10 miles from  
Naples. Marco Island is the Northernmost largest of the ‘Ten Thousand Islands’ at the Western  
gateway to Everglades National Park. The island is 6 miles long and 4 miles wide and is famous for  
it's three and a half mile white sand beach and lush foliage. Marco Island is a semi-tropical  
paradise. Winter days are bright, warm and sunny, and the evenings are cool and delightful. Even the  
hottest summer days are rarely above the mid 90s, and breezes off the Gulf cool the Island. Average  
year-round temperature is 74 degrees, with rainfall of 49 inches.
