summer! La Selva Beach is located just 15 minutes south of the Santa Cruz area and centrally located
for exploring the entire Monterey Bay area. Watch dolphin and surfers alike enjoy the waves from the
comfort of this wonderful beach house.
The home has a new hot tub, 52 inch LCD flatscreen, natural gas barbecue and a great retro fireplace
for the perfect Santa Cruz vacation. Awesome ocean views from living and dining room, kitchen and
loft bedroom. Watch great surf break while having your morning coffee or breakfast. Enjoy evening
sunsets from oceanview deck or while cooking in fully equipped kitchen with natural gas stove.
Linens and towels provided for a carefree vacation in this one of a kind location.

High Season Weekly Rate $2450 beginning June 1, 2009 thru Labor Day Weekend.
Low Season Weely Rate $2100
Weekly rental only in high season.
$150 Cleaning fee
Occupancy tax included in Weekly Rate
$500 Security Deposit refunded within 5 days of departure
$375 nightly rate when available, 2 night minimum
