Master Bed Room - 1 queen bed /w/ full bath. Up-stairs Bed Room w/ 1-queen bed, 3-twin beds, and
sink/toilet. Lower level Entry Bed Room - 1 full bed /w/ full bath. Small eat-in kitchen, stove,
microwave, refrig, coffee maker, washer/dryer, a/c, heat. Screened porch. Living room window wall
faces river for beautiful view. Open wood deck with gas grill. Big Screen cable t.v. Fish
from the dock "ask for the secrete bait technique" - guarenteed to catch your fish. Poles and
fishing gear on porch. View the eagle in the east side tree line, see ocasional gators glide down
the river, otters will visit the edge of the yard, mature white herron loves to be a fishing partner
on the dock and especially looks forward to his share of the " secret bait". Enjoy coffee in the
morning on the deck while the river comes to life. Boat traffic is a thrill to watch and the river
is a natural to relax your mind. Beautiful old oaks with a spanish moss canopy picture frame the
spectacular back yard view of the river. Night time owls will inspire your ghost stories. 1/2 mile
to Astor River Bridge and boat launch. Close to local Blackwater Inn Restaurant and Bar. 35
minutes east on S.R. 40 to Daytona Beach. No Smoking inside. No pets.

$600.00 Per Week. ANY WEEK. $150.00 per night(includes taxes ). with 2 night minimum. Payment in
full and in advance of arrival in order to reserve, ( cashiers check or money order ). Check-In by
10 a.m. Check-Out by 3 p.m. $400. Deposit/refundable within 5 business days of departure. Plus $95.
cleaning fee ( one time ). Hurry, Beautiful River Front. Will e-mail rental agreement upon
inquiry. No extra charge for additional people. Max occupancy - 9 persons.
