Kona area.....spacious units (yes, a 1400 sq. ft. 1 bedroom villa!!!)...lovely landscaping....the true feeling of "aloha".  Two beautiful swimming pools, reastaurant & bar on premises and FREE WIFI INTERNET.  Keauhou Gardens is surrounded by the Kona Golf Club and lies on the edge of the blue Pacific Ocean with dependably wonderful weather year around. 

This is an end unit (walk straight in...no steps or elevator) with large doors/windows on three sides and wonderful cool air flow all year around.  Full size washer & drier.

NOTE: If you are a smoker, Hawaii has enacted one of the most
restrictive smoking laws in the U.S.  There is no smoking in our unit
or on the lanai.  Our complex does have smoking tables and chairs
spotted around the complex.

ALSO PLEASE NOTE:  Our unit is listed for sale.  You may be asked to allow a showing.  Furthermore, if the unit is sold and excrow is due to close before your reservation date your reservation may be cancelled and your rental money returned in the event the purchaser will not honor your reservation.

We have two swimming pools (our unit overlooks the
upper "adult" pool and hot tub out to the ocean) saunas,
exercise/work out room, poolside restaurant and bar overlooking lower
pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard court, BBQ's and picnic tables.

Our unit has its own garage, washer & dryer, large furnished lanai
and direct entry into the front door (no elevators or flights of
steps to climb).

All of the usual kitchen appliances as well as television, VCR and
DVD player and FREE ATT wireless internet are present.

Grocery store, drug store, gift shopping, movie theatre and many of the area's best restaurants (Thai, Mexican, sports bar,Japanese/Asian fusion, crepes, hamburgers, and sub-shop) within walking distance.

Don't miss the FREE Monday evening entertainment, punch, pu pu's and sunset at the Ocean Front pool and entertainment center.

On site tennis courts, vollyball, and shuffelboard as well as multiple hot tubs. 

 Island wide boating, bicycling, fishing, golf, hiking to America's only active volcano or walk through a tropical jungle, horseback riding, parasailing, sailing, scuba, snorkeling, wave runners, wind surfing, surfing, helicopter tours and abundant farmer's markets.

Tour Hawaii's only chocolate plantation and factory (5 min. away)and Hawaii's only vanilla plantation and 8 course "vanilla" lunch (45 min. away).  Or...just sitting on the beach or at the pool and feel the "aloha".  Information for these activities and many others is in the unit.

High season (December through April) $145 per night / 7 night minimum,  $100 per night for 1 month or more+ $100 cleaning fee.

Low season (May through November) $125 per night / 7 night minimum, $100 per night for 1 month or more + $100 cleaning fee.

$300 rental/security/cleaning deposit upon booking. Rental amount due 60
