sitting areas from the garden to the sweeping view of the beach.
Overlooks Lake Michigan with a private beach, set on a dune. Enjoy
sunsets, dinner, and star gazing from the deck. The house is an easy
walk to town via the beach or road. New kitchen with granite and
stainless steel. Hardwood floors. First floor has master bedroom with
bath, living room, sun room with doors to deck, and kitchen. Second
floor has loft space, bath and large bedroom with 2 double and 1 twin
bed and crib. Lower Level has two bedrooms, one bath and utility room
with washer and dryer. Maximum 8 people. CD player and radio with
speakers to deck and garden and wifi included. Large fireplace and
huge living room window with outstanding view. Pentwater is a treasure
from the past and those that know it keep returning. Many outdoor
activities including the Thursday night band concerts on the village
green.

$2,600.00 off season

Security deposit $49.00 for damage insurance that covers up to $3,000.00
