Two master bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a private screened pool.
Home is located on a cul-de-sac in a very quiet residential
neighborhood.
Master bedroom (blue bed) has queen size bed with connecting
bathroom, large walk-in closet, and sliding doors to the pool area.
Second bedroom (located on other side of home) also has a queen
bed, and connecting bathroom with tub and shower.
Sliding doors throughout the home give you easy access to pool area.
Formal Living room and Dining room also open to covered lanai in
pool area.
Family room (connected to kitchen) has queen sleeper sofa, kitchen
eat-in area, and breakfast bar.
Half bath is located off Family room area.
Kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and gas(propane)
stove.
Located in the two car garage are a washer and dryer.
There is a gas BBQ on the lanai.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need.
The pantry is stocked with some staples.
The pool and pool deck have both been recently resurfaced.
This home has everything you need for a perfect holiday.

Central Air, ceiling fans in each room.
3TVs, 3VCRs, DVD player in Family room also.
Linens, pillows, and towels are provided.
Stereo system with CD changer is in Living room.
Books, pool items, and games are also provided for your enjoyment.
Beach chairs and coolers, as well as a portable gas grill are also
provided. A small charcoal grill is also available. Weekly garbage
pickup is included.
Extended Cable TV,High Speed Internet and phone service are included for the Winter months. Additional charge during other months.

Located close to Tampa Airport, (35 miles), the Port Richey area
offers many conveniences.
Conveniently located close to US 19, between the SR 52 and SR54
corridor, it is easy to reach many destinations.
Also, there is easy access to the Sunshine State Expressway.
Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, Ruth Eckerd Hall (Theatre and Concerts),
Fred Howard Beach, and Clearwater Beach are all less than 30 miles south. 
St. Petersburg Beach is approximately 45 minutes south with major
shopping,dining and theatre options, as well as the wonderful beach. It is
also the home of the major league baseball team, The Devil Rays.
To the north are Hudson Beach, Weeki Wachee Springs, Buccaneer Bay
Waterpark, Crystal River and Homosassa Springs.
Heading east, you are about 30 minutes outside of Tampa, with Busch
Gardens, Adventure Islands Waterpark, Lowry Park Zoo, Tampa
Aquarium, The Hard Rock Café & Casino(for gambling), Ybor City,
and The Tampa Bay Buccaneers football team.
The area offers many major shopping, dining, and theatre options.
The areas mentioned are also the winter homes of some of the
major league baseball teams.
The local area of the coast offers many amenities such as
golf,tennis,fishing, and bowling.For a family night out, you can visit the new miniature golf course on US19. You can also rent a boat and take it to the
Sand Bar, Anclote Island or Honeymoon Island where you can spend the day
swimming,shelling and watching dolphins.
The area also has the Gulf View Square Mall for major shopping.
Dining choices are at a premium in the area.
To name a few: Cracker Barrel, Olive Garden, Outback,
Red Lobster, Sam Seltzer's Steak House, Hooter's and many locally
run eateries.
Major food supermarkets, banks, gas stations, and
drug stores are located within walking distance. A huge Flea Market
operates north on US 19 on the weekends.
For those who wish to venture a little farther, Orlando, home of
Disney World is a 90 minute drive.
You will also find Sea World, Epcot, Universal Studios, MGM, and
Busch Gardens in that area.
A drive to the Atlantic coast is approximately 4-4 1/2 hours.

There is a $100.00 cleaning fee required.

Deposit of 20% of rental fee required at time of booking; deposit of
50% of damage deposit required at time of booking.
Damage deposit of $400.00 is required for monthly rental;
for weekly rentals a fee of $150.00 a week damage deposit is
assessed.

Balance of rent, cleaning fee and damage deposit due 30 days prior
to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS within two weeks from your arrival date will forfeit
the 20% deposit fee and 50% of the mailed in refundable damage deposit.
(Latter may be waived for extenuating verifiable circumstances)

Pets and smoking are not permitted. This has always been a non-
smoking home. Smokers must smoke in the enclosed screened patio/pool deck
area or outside.
If traces of heavy smoking are found inside the home upon housekeeping,
$150.00 will be deducted from the damage deposit for cleaning
purposes.
If pet damage is found, the same deduction will be taken from damage
deposit. Damage deposit returned via check upon housekeeping
review, within 10 days of departure.
