Vacation Rental Description

Summer Clearance Special: 3 nights Aug. 28-31 Only $1500.  Last  
Chance until mid October to stay in this top of the line vacation  
rental with ocean views at North Coast Village.  Hint: I'm managing several other 1 and 2  
bedroom vacation units at North Coast Village now.

As you walk through the staffed secure gate to North Coast Village  
in Oceanside California you are transported to a tropical oasis  
reminiscent of the Costa  
Rican rain forest.  Running streams, water falls, lush foliage and  
koi meander through the spacious grounds of this resort like beach  
front condominium complex.  You will notice the crystal clear heated  
pool and spa, gleaming barbeques and convenient picnic tables  
& “sand rinsing” stations to remove the lingering beach.  If you  
need a break from sun and surf, you might enjoy a game of pool, a  
jog on a treadmill in the exercise room, a little ping pong, or a  
sauna. 
 
When you venture all the way through the back gates, you find  
yourself on one of North San Diego County’s finest beaches in  
convenient Oceanside:  broad  
and flat, with fire rings, and great surf breaks – right out back!   
Be sure to stake out a fire ring (to the left) for a unique evening  
beach fire at least one night while you are in Oceanside.  To your  
right, you can walk or bike to Oceanside’s busy little harbor for a  
bite to eat or some boating, and to your left you can venture down  
the strand to southern California’s longest pier for some fishing or  
casual dining.  North Coast Village is close enough to walk to  
everything near the beach, so your car can stay in its secure  
underground parking spot – especially useful when beach parking  
becomes a premium in the summer. 
 
When you feel like relaxing or recharging your batteries for the  
next outing, our Oceanside California vacation rental condo (C304)  
is the place to be.  On the 3rd floor, with elevator access, our 2  
bedroom condo  
is a soothing home base.  You will be instantly drawn to the door  
and window with their ocean views from the family room and both  
bedrooms.  Our modern kitchen is well equipped for a quick pre –  
beach breakfast or for a gourmet sunset dinner.  If you wish, you  
can enjoy a movie or your favorite show on our plasma high  
definition TV with cable, DVD, DVR (like TiVo) and surround sound.   
You might prefer to sit on the balcony, or take a cocktail up to the  
roof top patio and enjoy the sites and sounds of surf instead.  When  
it is time to end the day, you will find stylish comfort in either  
of the bedrooms (king or 2 twins) and if there is an extra guest,  
they can use the queen sleeper sofa.  You will find all  
accommodations to be stylish and of high quality.  Relax and enjoy! 
 
Oceanside is the epitome of a laid back California beach town.  With  
sandy beaches, pier, harbor, shopping, and museums in town, you may  
never chose to leave this place, but, if you are looking to  
experience San Diego, Orange County, and even Los Angeles, this  
makes a perfect jumping off spot.  North Coast Village is only  
minutes from Lego Land, Mission San Luis Rey, The Flower Fields, and  
Carlsbad Company Stores.  Oceanside is conveniently located on the  
rail line, making San Diego trips a dream. Take a few days to enjoy  
the World Famous San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Seaport Village, Balboa  
Park and  Museums, Gas Lamp Quarter, Old Town, Del Mar racetrack,  
Wild Animal Park, casinos, golf, and five star dining all within 35  
minutes.  I still remember the first time I happened into Oceanside  
about 5 years ago and thought “this place is great.”  You will be  
sure to feel the same. 
 
 
 
If amusements are your passion then you may want to go to Orange  
County where you can enjoy Disneyland, California Adventure, and  
Knott’s Berry Farm.  Most major attractions will take you about an  
hour from Oceanside.  You can even venture to LA and Hollywood by  
train or car in less than 2 hours.  Mexico and bargain shopping in  
Tijuana are only 60 minutes south.  Some day tours may be available  
direct from North Coast Village.
