Look no further; you have reached your vacation destination! The
Caristi family would like to welcome you to our Summer Wind located
at 541B on the TOP FLOOR in the Atrium building. The balcony has a
spectacular view of the ocean and sits close to a beautiful Sun Deck
which also offers an awesome view of the ocean and a large fountain
pond. RECENTLY REMODELED WITH NEW RUGS, FURNITURE, T.V'S, APPLIANCES,
MATTRESSES, X-BOX GAME, LIVING ROOM SET, NEW A/C UNIT, A BEAUTIFUL
PAINT JOB AND COMPIMENTARY WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS. It is centrally
located and is a short walk to the beach; the atrium building is also
home to an indoor pool,jacuzzi,game room,gym,and sauna. We have a
gorgeous two bedroom two bath unit. Both bedrooms are equipped with
TV/VHS’s and there is a TV/DVD/VHS in the living room. The building
has an elevator and is handicapped accessible. Our family owns and
operates 3 Units in the B building and 1 in the Five Season Center
and can accommodate Families and friends traveling together.

The rates are all inclusive, no hidden charges! All rates include
all applicable taxes, linens, towels, parking pass for the entire
stay and exit cleaning upon your departure for all Weekly and
Monthly rentals. A $300 deposit is required within one week of
reserving in order to confirm your reservation. All we need to start
the process is a name, address, telephone number, email address and
number of people in your party. We will then contact you with the
details regarding your rental, deposit, etc. We have special rates
for multiple weeks or months rented and utilize an On-Site
management company to make the rental process an enjoyable one.


There are no additional fees for holiday weeks
Minimum Stay – 3 nights
One night deposit required on reservations for 3 nights
Rates are based on 4 adults. Unit sleeps 6
The resort requires an adult with a minimum age of 23 to be in the
party
A $300 deposit is required within one week of reserving the unit
Reservation will be cancelled if deposit not received within the
specified time frame
An additional $100 deposit may be required for parties greater than
4 people
Reservations must be paid in full at least 3 weeks prior to rental
All daily and monthly rentals will be at owners discretion
Sorry – No Pets Allowed At The Resort
Deposit refunded only if unit is re-rented
No refunds for early departure unless a mandatory evacuation has
been issued

The Myrtle Beach Resort is private, gated, provides 24-hour
security, and is a beautifully landscaped 36-acre resort. The resort
has 700 feet of private beach to offer our guests. The complex also
boasts five outdoor swimming pools; there is also an indoor pool,
health spa, steam rooms and saunas centrally located in our
building. The resort has lighted tennis courts, playground,
basketball court, game rooms and a newly added Lazy River, Jacuzzi,
and Plunge Pool all within walking distance of our unit. The resort
also has a cabana bar with live entertainment (in season), a
poolside snack bar and a deli on premise. As stated earlier, this
unit is also handicap accessible with an entrance ramp and elevator
to the building.
Wireless Internet Access throughout the resort for all guests!

The resort Features a Lazy River, 6 swimming pools, including 2
heated pools, 4 Whirlpools, 2 steam rooms and 3 saunas. This self-
contained 34 acre Ocean front paradise is located in the heart of
the Grand Strand With 750 feet of sandy white beach. In addition to
all of the other Fun things to do at the resort, there is a picnic
area for the Family and a play area just for children.To compliment
the 6 pools and 2 Jacuzzis already here, the Myrtle Beach Resort now
offers its guests a brand new Lazy River, Jacuzzi, and Plunge Pool
and Wireless Internet Access throughout the resort for its guests!
