Vacation Rental Description

This waterfront Condo is very unique in its own right. It has a very relaxed ambience to the quest,  
coming for some months of rest and/or relaxation or is just trying to get away from the winter snow. 
Exiting views of the Inner Harbor. Watch the seaplanes take off and land, see the seals playing  
while you are enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony or take a 10 minute stroll to downtown  
along the sea-walk to the Empress Hotel, and the shopping areas. Take a water taxi to the plane  
terminal, see the ferries come and go, enjoy the cruise ships arriving and departing from Ogden  
Point. Go kayaking in the harbor, or go whale watching and become part of all the activity that the  
waterfront has to offer. 
Victoria has also great golf courses available to its summer guests. One of the great attractions,  
20 minutes drive from downtown is the world-renowned Butchart Gardens. The building has underground  
secured parking. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

In the Condo there are two bedrooms, one king and one queen and two full bathrooms. 
The dining room and living room has crown molding. The living areas have wooden flooring, tile in  
the kitchen and bathrooms, new carpets in the bedrooms. 
Walk in closet in master bedroom. There is a table with four chairs in the kitchen nook and a large  
dining room for your entertaining. 
Fully equipped kitchen, wireless Internet connection, linen, towels, hair dryer, iron and Iron board. 
In-suite laundry facilities, Canadian and United States long distance calls free. 

Activities and Attractions

In Victoria we are very fortunate with all the activities available to us, there really is no  
time to waste. There are great opportunities for wild life explorations. There is whale watching to  
deep-sea fishing, horseback riding and ballooning, any outdoor activity you can think of. Experience  
the lakes and beaches within striking distance from Victoria. Do not forget the parks and gardens  
and the scenic drives around the city. Visit our galleries. See the local artists at work in their  
ateliers and workplaces. Our shopping is second to none in the quaint stores and shops. Do not  
forget antique row with all the great buys. And last but not least, Victoria has the largest amount  
of award winning restaurants in the country. 
The airport in Victoria, YYJ, is served by airlines with connections from Vancouver, Toronto,  
Calgary, and Seattle.

This Condo is not suitable for very small children. No smoking, no pets. 
  
Low season:     October 15th  till December 15th; $2500.00 per month. 
Middle season:  January 1st till May 31st; $2800.00 per month 
High Season:    June 1st till September 30th; $3500.00 per month
