activities and attractions in Panama City Beach Gulf Coast North

Palm Bay is a lovely community located five minutes from the entrance to St. Andrews State Park
which is acclaimed to have the most beautiful beaches in the pan handle. From there Shell Island is
a pontoon ride away. Check the park's web site for ammenities. It's our favorite beach park for
hiking, fishing, boating or swimming.

The nearest beach to Palm Bay is Joan Ave, a 1.4 mile drive. Accessible white sand beaches and
restaurants are everywhere along the coast line of Panama City. Parking is not a problem. Bikes and
kyaks can be rented.

The newest attraction to Panama City Beach is the Pier Park shopping and entertainment complex.
Fantastic! A tweleve minute easy drive from Palm Bay along Back Beach Rd.

Monthly rates:
November, December, January - 2900.00
February, March - 3100.00
April, May - 3300.00

Rates include utilities (heat, air conditioning, water and trash pick up, Cable TV and DSL)
A 10% mandatory Florida lodging tax will be added.
A 250.00 deposit is required with reservation. A mimimum 30 day lease is required.
