Bleu Suite is located at Sacbe Condos in the heart of Playa del 
Carmen, at the best destination - on 5th Ave near 12th Street, 
surrounded by trees and fresh water cenotes.  Best of all, it is only 
one and a half blocks to the 
beach. 
 
In the main living area there is a premium hardwood floor from the 
Mayan jungle with an inlaid pyramid design, a Murphy bed, swinging 
bench for counter seating, enclosed terrace, and a floor to ceiling 
slate bathroom. Mayan wood art pieces are inlaid in the walls. 
 
The second level is new, a touch of modern class. Floor to ceiling 
picture windows offer views of the Caribbean Sea. Soak in the boutique 
Jaz tub in the main room, read a book, overlook the ocean, enjoy the 
large flat screen TV. 
 
Continue up to the third level and now you're on top of the Playa 
world with one of the highest terraces on the Mayan coast line. Here 
you have total privacy and a spectacular view, a 24/7 view of the 
Caribbean and the lights of Cozumel by night. 
 
You will enjoy the ambiance of the unique condo complex, surrounded by 
tropical trees and cenotes. 
 
This beautiful condo is in the heart of Playa and is extremely quiet 
by day. 
Everything from the finest dinning to shopping is only steps away, all 
within a few blocks, including the entertainment strip which produces 
a noise factor at times, more so during the high season.
