Single boat lift. Addition lot next door for additional parking and outdoor activities. This is one
of the best area of Lake Livingston with open water so the children can ski and tube without the
worries of hitting stumps. All you need to bring is your paper products. Linens are provided.

Boat & jet ski rentals available at entrance of subdivision. Public boat ramp across from
subdivision. Cafe located in subdivision with the best hamburgers,homemade french fries and onion
rings. They also serve breakfast.

minutes away.
