Vacation Rental Amenities

Tides Beach club has a two story club house overlooking the Primary of 
three pools and 2 Jacuzzis ¼ mile of white sand. Bottom floor has 
massage, work out, club room Main floor has a conference for 14 
people, entertainment area and pool room.

Activities and Attractions

Unlimited golfing at private Yacht & Country Club Isla Del Sol Y&CC -- 
a $7500 per year value made available to you under Owner's equity 
membership rights -- Rentor responsible only for cart fees, food and 
drinks.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental is for 1 month minimum up to a 1 year.  Annual leases are 
negotiated and fix for the year. 
 
December – April   		 Rates are $ 7200 per month.   
May and June     		 Rates are $ 5500 per month 
July – August			 Rates are $ 4500 per month 
September – November		 Rates are $ 6250 per month
