Our Little Piece of Paradise in Playa del Coco

Our main floor condo is two bedroom - two bath. It is beautifuylly furnished in Costa Rican style
with stainless steel appliances, granite kitchen counters, a washer and dryer and individual air
conditioning in both bedrooms and the living area. Each bedroom has twin beds that can be made into
king size beds and the livingroom has a pullout queensize sofa bed. There is a small terrace at the
back and a larger one at the front. You are steps from one of two pools, the rancho, parking and
the landscaped grounds. We have flatscreen tv in the living area and a second one in the master
bedroom, a dvd player,a stereo and wireless internet. We are three blocks from the beach and a five
minute drive to downtown (15 minute walk).

Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. A 50% deposit must be made by Paypal
to confirm the booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. A $500 refundable security
deposit will be required on arrival in cash. This will be refunded if the property manager confirms
that the condo is free of damage and is reasonably clean.
