5 miles South of Penn Yan, NY in the heart of NY state wine 
country.

Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from almost every room in the house, the 
deck overlooking Keuka Lake, at the beach, under the Willow Tree, or 
from the lovely landscaped garden.  

Our house has sleeping for up to 9 people with all of the 
comforts of a luxury home. New, plush bedding, gourmet
kitchen, and cable TV's with DVD and video players.  We have off-
street parking for 5 cars.

Note:  This house has a “no pets” and a “no smoking” policy as is 
quite typical on Keuka Lake Properties.

Rental Rates:

Summer Weekly Rentals: mid-June through September 1st - $3,150 per 
week.

Weekly September,October and May - $2,100

Fall, Winter Spring Long Weekends:
Long Weekends $450 per night 

All other times please inquire.

Each season brings many special events at the vineyards and quaint 
towns including festivals, wine tastings and musical and art events.
