The Water Resort at Pigeon Forge was completed in October 2007.
The Resort is comprised of 4 modern high-rise condominium buildings overlooking the city of Pigeon
Forge. With mountain views galore, you will find that The Water Resort is the place for you and
your family.
Our luxurious unit is located on the 5th floor and has a tremendeous view of the mountains. This
condo showcases beautifully handcrafted decor that has been custom designed and selected to
compliment the Aztec theme of the Resort. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a queen sleeper sofa
in the family room. The living room has a flat screen TV directly over a wonderful designer
fireplace. Step right out of the living room onto a private balcony high above the city of Pigeon
Forge.
You will find upgrades throughout the condo starting with upgraded appliances and cabnetry in the
kitchen to a private shower in the master bath and granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms.
A beautiful salt water outdoor pool just opened for the summer. This is just the beginning of what
the Water Resort is going to be once the INDOOR WATER PARK is complete sometime in 2009.
The Water Park will feature a 43,000 sq. ft state-of-the-art indoor water park, conveniently located
in the center of the resort. The park will be enclosed within a glass pyramid. The facility will
feature high-speed water slides, a lazy river, themed waterfall rockscapes, and a shallow activity
pool. The climate will be a constant 84 degrees, 365 days a year.
Lastly, the Pigeon Forge area is home to dozens of fun-filled attractions, many right within walking
distance to the resort. The many local theaters have a wide variety of music and shows. There are
also five major outlet malls with over one million square feet of shopping and over 500 restaurants
from fast food to fine dining. Tanger Outlets, my favorite, is right down the road, close enough to
walk to.
So many activities to choose from......You can stroll gift shops and eateries, ice skate, ski,
bungee jump, ride an alpine slide or aerial tramway, play putt-putt, get a thrill at Dollywood theme
park or Splash Country water park, visit a black bear habitat, see the holiday light display, or
even skydive indoors.
Gatlinburg is only seven miles away!
