deck/dock combination, with an adjacent waterfront screened gazebo and a large lot for other  
activities.  House features a large master bedroom and large family room with great views, a home  
theatre system and an attached 180 sf deck.  Also, property includes a four car garage, with an air  
conditioned fitness room, which has an elyptical machine, universal equipment and free weights.   
Easy access to town bike path. 
 
Property is only minutes from stores, restaurants, pubs, and several public golf courses. 
 
Ballston Lake is a deep water lake, widely reknowned for it's great bass fishing and great water  
skiing.  It's shoreline is mostly privately owned.  It is located about 15 minutes from Saratoga  
Springs and also provides easy access to the Adirondacks.  In terms of approximate drive time, it is  
also located 10 minutes from Ballston Spa, 20 minutes from Schenectady, 40 minutes from Albany, one  
hour from the Adirondack Park, 2 hours from Lake Placid and three hours each from NYC and Boston.
