Sleeps six (one queen, one full with twin bunk, one sleeper sofa).

•300 yards to Moran Lake Beach (sunbathing, bodysurfing, dog walking, beach fires). 
•300 yards to Pleasure Point (world-class surfing, tidepooling). 
•One of the only locations in Santa Cruz with 5 minute walks to both beach breaks (26th Ave) and  
point breaks (Pleasure Point).

Shops and restaurants nearby – Surfboard/wetsuit rental (one mile), Capitola Village (two miles),  
Yacht Harbor (two miles), Boardwalk Amusement Park (four miles). Other activities – sailing and sea- 
kayaking at the Yacht Harbor, mountain-biking and hiking at Forest of Niscene Marks State Park (six  
and a half miles) and Wilder State Park (seven and a half miles).

Summer (June-August) 
$225/night Sun-Thurs .. $325/night Fri-Sat .. $1500/week, 3-night minimum. 
+ 10% hotel tax, $100 cleaning fee, & $500 refundable security deposit. 
Full payment required at time of booking to hold reservation. 
 
Off-season (September-May) - 25% off of rates listed above. 
$170/night Sun-Thurs .. $240/night Fri-Sat .. $1125/week .. $2700/month 
2-night minimum 
 
Check-in 3pm / Check-out 11am.
