The Lakehouse on Cayuga in Cayuga Lake

Our vacation home is perfect for one family and sits directly on the water with breathtaking
panoramic views of Cayuga Lake. Private 60' dock.   Our home is a small, well laid out home, charming, cozy but yet room for six people.  There is a boat rental facility less than a block away- contact us for information.) Deck off
livingroom and deck with picnic table on ground level. On a
clear night falling stars are a guarantee!
Our home has three floors, the lower level consists of a small
sunroom with sliding doors going directly out to the dock and lake,
one bedroom with a futon bunkbed (sleeps 3- queen on bottom - twin on top) and a full bath. On the second floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and living room with two futons (each sleeps 2 - queen size) a natural pine cathedral ceilings views overlooking the lake. Upstairs on the third floor is the master bedroom overlooking Lake Cayuga (Queen bed - sleeps 2), a single bedroom (sleeps 1- twin) and another full bath. Feel free to inquire regarding other photos.  Please note there is only parking for two vehicles ONLY.  Trailers must be parked at state park lot at the rate of $7.00 per day.  Our weekly rental runs from Sunday to Sunday.

Large TV with DVD player. No cable service -Small TV in lower level - DVD and book library.

Policies:
This a quiet family area.
No parties or family reunions whatsoever.
No smoking indoors.
No pets.
Linens and towels are not provided.
Please respect The Lakehouse - it is our vacation
home as well. 

Lake frontage of property is from area of large grey stone along waters edge.   DOES NOT INCLUDE LOT TO RIGHT OF HOUSE.  This area is NOT owed by us and cannot be trespassed upon. 

These rules will be strictly enforced and if violated will result in forfeiture of security deposit.

No family reunions or parties as this is a quiet, residential area.

Rates are $1,200.00 per week during peak season - (Memorial Day to
Labor Day) and $1,000.00 per week from Labor Day through the end of
October and April through Memorial day. November, December, January
and February rates are $850.00 per week.
Cornell/Ithaca Graduation-$200/night/3 night minimum
A 50% non-refundable deposit of the rent is required at the time of
reservation;
the balance (also non-refundable) is due 3 weeks prior to the
reservation start date. Short notice rentals accepted if available.
A $350 security deposit will also be due 3 weeks prior to the
reservation start date. Deposit will be refunded within 15 days of
departure pending no cleaning or damages. The house must
be in the condition it was before leaving. Trash should be bagged
and placed in the front of the house prior to departure.
