Beach Vacation Rental close to main beach and pier in San Clemente

Our 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath rental:
Enjoy a beach holiday year round in this spacious, fully-furnished
apartment with a completely outfitted kitchen, including dish washer and
microwave. Also included is cable TV, DVD, wireless, high-speed
internet, shared laundry facilities, and garage parking. Both bedrooms
have comfortable queen beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the
living room and inflatable twin beds are available for small children.

Set in a perfect location in this seaside resort, it is just a short
walk to the beach, fishing pier, shopping and restaurants. Stroll
along the beach or on the pier and watch the surfers at some of
California’s best surfing breaks. Soak up the sun while lying on the
beach, swim, boogie board, or watch the sunset. Beach chairs, boogie
boards, and fishing equipment are included.

Nearby shops include everything you need plus antiques, swim wear,
surf shops, Kinkos, post office, and arts and crafts. Also the public
library is only one half block away. The many restaurants to sample
include Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Thai and Fisherman's on the pier.
Also great cafes for breakfast and lunches. San Clemente is located
midway between Los Angeles and San Diego and just an hour's drive from
Disneyland and Sea World. Also very nearby is Mission San Juan
Capistrano, Laguna Beach, and Dana Point Harbor where you can picnic,
fish and rent jet skis.

June - $1175 per week. July - August $1375 per week. September -
November $875 per week or $2175 per month. Thanksgiving and Christmas
weeks $1175 per week. January - May 2009 - $975 per week or $2175 per
month. $500 security deposit. Stay Saturday to Saturday check in at
2:00 PM check out at 10:00 AM. Includes all utilities and local phone.
(10% bed tax and $95 cleaning fee extra) Your reservation deposit is
100% refundable until 30 days prior to your arrival date. Within 30
days of arrival, it is refundable (minus a $100 admin fee) if we are
able to re-rent it for your dates. You can pay by credit card from our
