The subway is 2 short blocks away at 103rd and Central Park West.
Direct subway service to Rockefeller Center and Times Square,
Greenwich Village, Soho, Yankee Stadium. On-street parking is usually
available. Easy access to taxis, one minute from a door-to-door
limousine service. Near Columbia University, Cathedral of St. John
the Divine, and just across the park from Museum Mile. All the action
(shops and restaurants) on Broadway is a 5-10 minute walk from the
apartment.

Please note: This owner has 10 vacation rentals ranging in size from
studio apartments accommodating 1-2 people, to spacious 3 bedroom
duplex apartments, to a spectacular 5 bedroom triplex which sleeps up
to 8. We can accommodate large groups.

This charming apartment, in perfect condition, is a great jumping off
point for everything the city offers. Neighborhood spots and big
city activities are within easy walking and subway distance.
Perfect apartment to serve as a base for bike riding (easy access to

Higher rates may apply on holiday weekends.

50% deposit required at time of reservation in the form of bank
check or personal check (subject to clearing). Wire transfers in pound
sterling or euros accepted. Balance due on day of
arrival, paid by cash or travelers checks, US dollars.
15% cancellation fee if cancelled up to 10 days prior to arrival
date.
Full forfeiture of deposit if cancelled less than 10 days prior to
arrival date.
Monthly rentals available. There are some available dates for
December 2008. This apartment is fully booked from January 5-March 16,
2009.
