Malibu Island features two charming guest houses, high above the Pacific Coast Highway with ocean and canyon views.

We call this beautiful little house "The Cottage". It sits on top of a mountain in the Malibu
Hills. The views from every window, are positively breathtaking.
Have your meals on the lovely redwood deck overlooking panoramic views of the Santa Monica Mountains and the Pacific Ocean. On a clear day, you can easily see Catalina Island.  The sunsets are glorious.

Step outside for a cool dip or a warm soothing lounge in your private spa tub with jacuzzi jets. 

The house consists of one large room with a king sized bed, a full kitchen and small bath with shower.

The house is newly furnished in light woods. Windows all around create a sunlit room from sun up to sun down. Only an 8 minute drive down the canyon to the most pristine beaches in southern
California.

A few more miles to beautiful Malibu city with all that it offers in the best of shopping, dining
and recreation. You might even see your favorite movie star grabbing a latte at the local coffee
houses.

We have a larger guest house called Malibu Island "The Pool House", which includes a private
swimming pool. For larger families or friends, rent both Malibu Island houses
together and share the pool and spa tub!!

No childern under 7 years old allowed.

Jan. 1 - March 31: $200/night or $1190/week - 2 night minimum - 4 week max
April 1 - Dec. 31 : $215/night or $1290/week - 2 night minimum - 2 week max

Malibu City Hotel Tax: 12% will be added
Cleaning Fee: $50 - $100, depending on length of stay.

We have a larger guest house called Malibu Island "The Pool House" #31672, which includes a private swimming pool.  For larger families, rent both Malibu Island houses together and share the pool and spa tub!!
