     Named La Vita Loca because of its close proximity to the bustling beach life, the home is beautifully painted with soothing colors, comfortable furnishings, berber carpet, updated appliances and many other amenities such as: all linens - sheets, towels, washcloths and beach towels, dishware, kitchen utensils, coffee and tea selection, gas BBQ grill, 3 TVs with cable, HBO and Stars,  unlimited phone service and wireless internet.

     The house is reverse floorplan.  The second floor has sweeping ocean views from the kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom and deck, while the lower level has a second bathroom, washer and dryer, and two large bedrooms, one which opens to a very private, covered courtyard containing a 4 person hot tub surrounded by colorful and exotic plants.  

     Located only steps from the sandy beach, the adjacent esplanade boasts a famous local restaurant, Cafe Rio, with a menu that includes local fresh seafood, Pixies Deli and their mouth watering sandwiches, and a fragrant coffee shop for a cup of Joe on a morning walk along the beach. 

     Just minutes to the Seascape Resort and Golf course, a short half hour drive to Monterey for a day trip to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, or ten minutes to Santa Cruz and a visit to the world famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, this home is ideally situated in the heart of the Monterey Bay.

In Season (June-Sept): $250 per night, 3 night min,$1500 weekly

Off season (Oct-May): $200 per night, 3 night min, $1200 weekly

LONGWEEKEND SPECIAL: check in Friday 12 noon, checkout Sunday 6pm
$450 plus tax (offseason only)

9.5% hospitality tax, cleaning and refundable security deposit apply, however if you follow the checkout list - there is no cleaning fee
