Vacation Rental Description

We named this house La Vida Loca because it is so near the bustling  
beach life.  However, it is also beautifully remodeled in soothing  
beachy colors with comfortable furnishings, new carpeting and many  
conveniences.  On the second floor, there is an ocean view from the  
kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom and deck.  It is  
right around the corner from the beach, no hiking in, and steps to a  
wonderful deli, a fragrant coffee shop and a famous local  
restaurant,  
Cafe Rio. On the lower level, there is a laundry room and two  
bedrooms, one of which opens to a courtyard with colorful plants,  
and  
a 4 person spa. The house contains all new appliances, a coffee  
bar, a gas BBQ grill, 3 TVs with cable,Stars and HBO included, phone  
service with local service and AT&T wireless, dishes and untensils,  
linens and towels. A covered carport provides private  
parking.

Vacation Rental Rates

In Season (June-Sept):  $250 per night, 3 night min,$1350 weekly  
   Holidays same as in season 
Off season (Oct-May):  $195 per night, 2 night min, $1150 weekly 
   
 LONGWEEKEND SPECIAL: checkin Friday 11am, checkout Sunday 6pm  
$465 plus tax  offseason only 
 
 
  10% hospitality tax, cleaning and security deposit (refundable)  
apply.
