Nana's Beach House in Newport Beach

Nana's Beach House is a beautiful, light-filled, clean, stylishly decorated home. It is affectionately named for our Nana, a generous, funny and gracious woman. Not to be confused with moth balls, shades drawn, and old linens (not that there's anything wrong with that). Our beach
home is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, home, with laundry area, balconies off the front and back, patio on the street level, large den upstairs with TV, cable, VCR, DVD. Our home sleeps 12, parking for 5 cars, 1.5 blocks to the sand...perfect for your time-off.

Walking close to Starbucks, grocery, restaurants, (Italian subs thru French Bistro, and everything in-between), beach shopping, funky pubs and beach bars. A fast drive to Balboa Island, South Coast Plaza, Laguna Beach, Corona del Mar. Just up the freeway to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Nixon Library, and the charms of L.A.

We rent during the summer months (June, July and August) for $4000.00 per week.  This is an "all-inclusive" rate, city taxes and cleaning fees are included.  There is a completely refundable security deposit of $1000.  Payment in full is due one month prior to your check-in date.  Our week usually runs from Saturday through Saturday. If our property is still available one week before the check-in date, we can drop the rate to $3500.00 per week. Check our availability calender. We rent during the "off season" for $3500.00 per month. This is perfect for college students, folks going through a home renovation, long-term vacationers.
