$975-1200/week

A deposit of 50% of the total rent is due at the time of booking. The other half of the rent is due 30 days prior to the rental date.  A security deposit of $300.00 is to be paid by separate check 30 days prior to the rental date. The security deposit is not applied toward rent and will be returned to the tenant within 14 days of termination of the lease provided all provisions are met.
