Dec-19 to Sep 10 $142.00 per night $1000.00 per week with a 3 night minimum. Sep-11 to Dec-18 $107.00 per night $$750.00 per week.       Mini and regular Lobster season $1450 week with a 1 week minimum. There is a Cleaning fee of $90.00 left in cash at time of checkout. 

No security deposit is required, however, if there are damages to the property you will be responsible for the charges incurred. The community charges a registration fee upon arrival of $50.00 per family per stay.

Cancellation Policy - 30 days or more from the arrival date= full refund
29 days or less = $250.00 cancellation fee.
14 days or less = no refund.

Hurricane policy - A full refund will be given for any unused days or cancelled reservation for any mandatory evacuation from Cudjoe Key.The balance is due no later than 30 days prior to occupancy.
