$150.00 per night with a three night minimum. $1050.00 per week. A 10% discount is provided per 4 week continuous period and for returning guests. Cleaning fee is $85.00.  For pets(small dogs only) there is an additional $50.00 fee that will be added to the rent for the duration of your stay.

No security deposit is required, however, if there are damages to the property you will be responsible for the charges incurred. The community charges a registration fee upon arrival of $50.00 per family per stay.  For cancellations, please notify 14 days prior to cancellation otherwise you will be charged a fee of $75.00.
No smoking please.

The balance is due no later than 30 days prior to occupancy.
