2000 Sq. Ft home features 4BD/3BA (sleeps 8) in private community with ocean views from living room and a short walk(2 min/216 yds) to gorgeous PRIVATE beach. There are two master suites one on the upper main living area and one downstairs. With over 1000 Sq. ft of outdoor living space you'll be able to take in all the soothing comforts of beach living while relaxing on one of two large decks or screened in porch. The House has been decorated with charming and fresh beach decor, has beautiful heart pine hardwood floors, modern appliances, neccessary cookware and utensils. There are two living areas to watch TV, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. The house also has a private outdoor shower to rinse those sandy parts.

3 Queen Beds, 2 twin beds, 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper, 1 Daybed on screened porch if desired to sleep on.

The Neighborhood and surrounding area

Kure Estates is a charming quiet family oriented neighborhood, (Our house is located on a cul-de-sac) Neighborhood features private beach front gazebo with parking. You will enjoy the smell of fresh blooms during the spring and summer months and the swaying palm trees all year round. Late summer brings dolphines and sea turtles to our waters and is truely a magical sight. Our Neighborhood is close to Kure Beach fishing pier, Fort Fisher (Civil War site), Drive on beach (dog friendly-All year), NC Aquarium, and a Ferry that goes to Southport. During the summer months the town presents fireworks every Thursday and family movies at the lake every Sunday...all is free.
There are many opportunities to experience the area's past at historic sites, including museums, churches, cemeteries, historic homes, battlefields and a 230 block National Register Historic District. You can also see the self-guided tour of the battleship USS North Carolina or take a cruise on the Henrietta III, North Carolina's largest riverboat. Historic Wilmington offers three themed shopping complexes: Coast Line Convention Center, Cotton Exchange and the Chandler's Wharf.
Wilmington and surrounding beaches are also considered to be Hollywoods East. See real locations and actual sets where your favorite TV Shows, movies & mini-series were shot, including Dawson's Creek, One Tree Hill, Matlock, Oprah Winfrey's: The Wedding, and Windmills of the Gods. MID SEASON: April, May and September- $1395.00 + 13% tax

HIGH SEASON: June and August- $1595.00 + 13% tax

PRIME HIGH SEASON: July-$1695.00 + 13% tax  

$300.00 Refundable security deposit with all bookings. Refunded within 14-21 business days of check out date. 

Add $150.00 Cleaning Fee 

Half of total rental amount due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to check in date. 

Pets welcome with non refundable pet deposit. Must be approved prior to rental.Rates range from $85.00-$155.00 depending on size and breed.
