This beautiful, direct ocean and beach estate is located on one of
the only private beaches in the Florida Keys. This home is located
on the southern tip of Long Key at mile marker 66, and has a spectacular view of the
Atlantic Ocean. It is walled with a gated entrance leading to
landscaped gardens with winding pathways. The beach has sea oat
dunes. You can walk over a mile of beach. The interior is Canadian
cedar with cathedral ceilings. The main living and bedroom areas
are on the 2nd floor have an enclosed balcony overlooking the beach
and ocean. A 1st floor recreational room with 2 fold-away twin beds
can be used as 4th bedroom.

Master bedroom has private bath, king size bed, desk, overlooks the
ocean and has perfect sunrise view. Living area overlooks ocean
with abundant sitting and lounging space. 2nd and
3rd bedrooms have lots of sunlight, full closets and 2 single beds
and queen size bed, respectively. Recreational den with fold-away
twin beds on 1st floor can be used as kid's room. Outdoor teak-wood
shower at beach area. Dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel
refrigerator, washer, dryer, cable TV, DVD/CD/VCR player,
stereo, and telephone. Towels and linens supplied. High-speed DSL
service available.

The Long Key State Park is a short walk up the beach, where camping,
bird watching, snorkeling, hiking, canoeing, and many other
activities are offered. The water in front of the home is shallow
which is great for snorkeling, lounging, and is a paradise for
children. Boat rentals are available nearby. Just minutes away
from world-class award winning Hawk’s Cay Resort, Islamorada,
Village of Islands and the spectacular 7-mile bridge.
The waters of the Atlantic Ocean and Florida Bay provide some of the
best diving and fishing in the world. World-Class fishing guides and
dive boats are also available. Many of the local fishing guides will
pick you up right in front of the house. The Long Key Viaduct, just
a few hundred feet from the house, has proven to be one of the
world's best places to catch a tarpon and bonefish.
