We have just gone in and redecorated, and it looks FABULOUS!!

I also have a 2bd at the same complex and there are 2 other vacation rentals in the same courtyard as my 2bd...a beautiful 2bd upstairs and a charming 2bd downstairs...this is a GREAT set up for groups that are traveling together!! We also offer a beautiful 3bd/2ba home with pool for rent as well!

walking/biking trails, grassy areas
with park benches, and signs posted showcasing plant and animal life.
There is also a small
playground, bball courts, and frizbee golf. Move on to cozy and
across the
street you will find -

-Blockbuster Video and many smaller restaurants and shops
-two grocery stores
-Banner Thunderbird Hospital

A ten minute drive
will get you to high end...

Cleaning fee...60.00 for short term stays, 100.00 for a month or more
I do not require a security deposit, but I do ask for credit card
information in case something major
gets damaged. Please ask if you have any questions/concerns about
this.
Pet fee...100.00
A 300.00 deposit is due at time of booking to reserve your dates,
the final amount is due at least a
week prior to your arrival.
