Vacation Rental Description

Deerfield resort is one of a kind! The resort includes a private airstrip, a championship golf  
course, swimming pools, playground, tennis courts, and borders beautiful Norris Lake.  
   Norris is the largest of the TVA lakes with over 800 miles of shoreline.  Our home is nestled  
between Norris Lake and the golf course.   The house has 3 bedrooms(2 queen beds and one set of twin  
beds.)  The main level has three bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, kitchen with dinette set and bar.   
The kitchen is stocked with all necessities for cooking.  We have a microwave and washer/dryer.   
Both couches in the living room are sleeper sofas.  Enjoy the lake views from the upper deck while  
you grill and dine outside. 
   The finished basement has a full bath, wet bar, foosball table, family room with sleeper sofa,  
and a large oak dining table that can seat 6 or more.  Two patio doors open onto the lower deck and  
a large fenced backyard where the kids can enjoy themselves outdoors while you relax after a day on  
the lake or golf course.   
   There is ample parking for vehicles as well as a grassy area for your boat trailer.  Boat slip  
rental is available at Deerfield Cove Marina or Springs Dock.  A mulched path leads to a concrete  
walkway to our dock in this private cove.  Enjoy swimming, fishing, or feeding the ducks.

June 2008 $995.00 (Saturday-Saturday 7 nights) 
July 2008 $995.00 (Saturday-Saturday 7 nights) 
August through September 6, 2008 $995.00 (Saturday-Saturday 7 nights) 
 
September 6, 2008 through December 31, 2008 $150/night (3 night minimum) OR $600.00/week. Plus $95  
clean up fee. 
 
Mastercard and Visa accepted!! 
 
As this is a new rental listing, 7 night stay may not be required.   
 
Deposit is $250.00 for any length stay.  It will hold your reservation and become your security  
deposit at the time of your arrival.  Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.  Check in time  
is 4 p.m. day of arrival.  Check out time is 11 a.m. day of departure.  Please adhere to these check  
in and check out times to allow adequate time for our cleaning service between rentals.
