Approximately 1,000 sq. ft. Condo has 2 bedrooms (one room has 2
full beds, the master has one) and 2 full baths. Fully furnished
(furniture, towels, linens, dishes), non-smoking unit with boat slip
(36x12) and private deck. Other amenities include: private parking,
gas grill, patio table/chairs, washer/dryer, air conditioning,
dishwasher, tv/vcr/dvd, basic cable, etc. Condo Association does not
allow smoking within the unit, on the deck, or in the carport.

Cancellation Policy - If you cancel your reservation within 2 weeks of your date, you will forfeit your $150 security deposit. Anytime prior to 2 weeks, we'll mail your security deposit to you in full.
