Vacation Rental Description

Turn the key and you are home!  Fully furnished.  This is a great winter getaway for one or two  
couples. Master bedroom has full bath and queen bed. Second bedroom has twin beds and full bath in  
the hall. Cable TV in living room and master bedroom. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

 This is a gated, guarded condo community. The pool and jacuzzi are only a few steps away as well as  
the front gate for easy access.  Dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric stove,  
even a hair dryer if you forget yours. Air conditioning and heat are both electric. Showers and tubs  
in both bathrooms. 

Activities and Attractions

The Colorado river and Lake Mohave are near by with plenty of great fishing or boating. There are  
many hiking trails for the adventurous. If you want to go down to Casino Road and leave the driving  
to someone else, the community bus comes by the front gate every hour and will drop you off and pick  
you up at all the casinos and the Outlet Mall.  Relax and enjoy the winter months with no snow and  
plenty of activities with the library just a short walk or drive away. There is a wonderful senior  
center, and every denomination of church close by.

Vacation Rental Rates

$800 per month includes utilities, trash,cable tv, washer and dryer in unit, completely furnished.   
Discounted rate of $700 per month if rented for 6 months. Deposit is $800. Minimum of 3 months  
rental required. Non-smokers only, please.
