Vacation Rental Description

  
  The Serenity Haven, once known as the Dowling Dream, is a perfect home to find rest and peace or  
just a place to crash after a day of surfing, sightseeing or bike riding.The house was funished as a  
vacation rental by the owners who want you to have the best experience possible. 
  The livingroom has high celings and lots of light with a surround sofa for maximum viewing of the  
54" tv and large firplace. A set of french doors lead out to the patio were the zacuzzi is set up.   
A BBQ is ready for out door cooking, and eating is done around a great outdoor dining set. 
   The house has 3 bedrooms. A master has a full bathroom, queen bed,tv and a small patio with  
french doors that open out to it. A great place for private morning coffee in a garden with a table  
and 2 chairs. 
The second bedroom has a queen bed and tv. The 3rd bedrrom has 2 twin beds.Both share a full  
bathroom.Hardwood floors flow thru out the house. 
  The kitchen is amazing. A full skylight lights up the kitchen with natural light. All the  
appliances are atate of the art and the counters are granite. It is quite large and great for  
several people who need to be in there at the same time. A dining area with seating for 6 is just  
over the counter. Next to the dining area is a wet bar with a wine cooler and seperate sink. A desk  
is next to that ready to work on the internet. 
  A 2 car garage is yours and the washer dryer is there for your use filled with cleaning supplies  
and paper products. 
   Above all, people who have stayed here have been in awe at the comfort and space available saying  
it is perfect for their families and for a  place for friends to come and relax and just have fun.  
It has every thing you need except your clothes.  
 
   
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

2 gar garage, wirless internet, huge family tv, cable, tv's in most room,s top quality sheets,  
feather beds, top quality towels, sand chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, guides to La  
Jolla and attractions. Huge Zaccuzi and 4 cruiser bicycles. 
 
Just a 5 minute walk to the best surfing beach in town. Several resturants nearby.  
 
A very quiet neighborhood.

Activities and Attractions

  There is a bike path just accross the street that goes for several miles.We are  3/4 mile from the  
heart of La Jolla Village. House is in a residential neighborhood. A few blocks away is the noisey  
beach traffic and no parking. Bike your way to the waves.

Vacation Rental Rates

 We rent any day of the week you need. 
 
 Off season     $2000  Sept 4 - June 16 2009  per extra day $300  
 
 Summer Season  $3000  June 17- Sept 5 2009   week only 
 
Aug 9 to 31 2,800 per week  weeks only 
Taxes of 10.5% plus cleaning fee $150 extra. 
 
pet deposit $100 refundable.
