We can customize your stay including longer stays & accommodations in the Cottage and/or the Main House! Prices can be negotiated if both properties are rented during the same rental period.

Winter rentals are available too. Great for extended stay corporate guests as well.  Call for Sept.- May quotes.

1BR, Air Cond., 1BA (newly remodeled), LR(Queen sleeper), Kitchenette, Dining Area, and Balcony. Wood & tile floors with new furnishings, plus an outdoor shower. Ample parking-bring your bikes and other recreational gear! Prepare your meals in your cottage or dine out!

All Rates May-Oct 2008 2 night minimum plus tax:

Weekly $1,200 for 2 persons, $1,400 for 4 persons (shorter stays negotiable if available).

A weekend if open requires a 2 night minimum at $295 per night plus tax (don't be hesitant to inquire)

Monthly is:

June $3,000 plus tax
July $4,000 plus tax
August $5,000 plus tax
September $3,000 plus tax

Maximum is 4 persons in the cottage (adults/children combined). For
monthly or other rental rates, email for availability & pricing.

Check-in 4:00 to 8:00 P.M.
Check-out by 11:00 A.M.
Each additonal person is $20 per night/maximum $40 per night

7% state sales tax not included

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

We will confirm your reservation when we receive your USD payment in
full. We accept:

We will not refund any portion of your payment if you cancel within
two weeks of your arrival date. For cancellations made over two weeks
prior to arrival date, we will make a refund if we are able to
book your cottage for the period you had reserved. Credit card fees and
reservation agency commissions (if any) will be deducted from your
refund.

We remind you that, for the comfort and safety of our guests with
allergies, we do not allow pets or smoking.
