This completely remodeled home is absolutely fabulous.  
There are hardwood floors throughout the first floor. The first  
floor has a living room with a fireplace, vaulted cielings, and  
built-in book shelves.  There is custom wood trim and molding  
throughout. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel  
appliances. The bathrooms feature marble tile, granite vanities, and  
new plumbing fixtures. This home is located in the Prestigious  
Kingsmill on the James.  It is a 3 minute walk to the Mounts Bay  
Recreation area which features a pool with water slides and  
playground, and basketball hoops. Kingsmill is a gated community  
that features 3 golf courses, a marina, spa,and multiple restraunts  
on the property. Kingsmill borders the Anheuser Bush Brewery and  
Busch Gardens.  It is literally a 5 minute drive to Busch Gardens  
and Water Country USA.  This home is also very close to Colonial  
Williamsburg, Ripley's Believe it or Not, William and Mary,the  
Yankee Candle Factory, The Great Wolf Lodge, The Kingsmill Shops, Le  
Yaca fine French Cuisine, The Pottery, The Outlet Mall, the prime  
Outlets, other great shopping, and a wealth of fine dining.

very close to the Colonial Parkway which will take you from Jamestown Island to the Waterfront of  
Yorktown.  Along the way you will find beaches and estuaries perfect for beach fare, picnicing, and  
fishing.   
 
Williamsburg is a wonderful place to visit year round.  The changing of the seasons are beautiful.   
The events at Colonial Williamsburg are fabulous during the winter and Christmas seasons.  There is  
premiere shopping at the outlet malls, prime outlets, Marquis Mall, NewTown, High Street, Pottery,  
and more!  This is a great place to bring your family, friends, and co workers!
