Vacation Rental Description

There is nothing like summer at the Newport Onshore. This condo is right in the center of  
everything. This unit is in the Westwind building which actually extends right over the water along  
with the docks, so you look out on the incredible yachts, as well as the beautiful Naragansett Bay. 
 
The Newport Onshore is located on Thames Street, which is in the heart of the downtown.  Walk to  
everything, including grocery store, all the cute little shops, and restaurants of all price ranges. 
 
This is the week of the Newport Jazz Festival. 
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This unit has two balconies, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining area with a large dining room  
table, a living room, a full kitchen including four burner stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.  
The onshore units are the best equipped in Newport. Don't pack a lot of stuff, because there is a  
washer and dryer right in the room!  And air conditioning is ice cold! 
 
Indoor and outdoor pools on site. 

Activities and Attractions

"Get Out and Play" activities sponsored by the resort.  The area is filled with activities,  
including the on site pools, the nearby beaches, the kite festival at the local state park.  Newport  
Casino (all electronic) within 15 minutes, and Foxwoods less than an hour away.
