Monthly Winter Rentals: $1500.00 / month.

Reservations are booked Saturday to Saturday. Weekly rentals only during IN and PEAK Seasons. To reserve now, click on the "Click Here To Send Email" button. A lease agreement will be mailed or e-mailed to you with a 10 day due date for the first payment. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the check-in date. Reservations made with a check-in date of less than 30 days from
the booking date require payment in full.

Check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Every effort is made to ensure that all units are clean and ready for occupancy; however, in some instances it is necessary to delay occupancy until the unit is ready. There are no rebates for such late occupancy. Condos will not be available for check-in earlier than 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Our housekeeping team must have ample time to clean and inspect all condos for our arriving guests.
