This condo is available for exchange with other Ski or Scuba
properties. Due to Popular Demand: we also offer weekend special:
Friday afternoon arrival and Sunday aternoon departure at one fixed rate.

PAYMENTS / SECURITY DEPOSITS / CANCELLATIONS POLICY:
A Master Card or Visa Credit Card is required for the reservation process.
We now accept PayPal credit & debit card payment.
A $225 one-night deposit payment is required at the time of
reservation, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
If a reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, rent
payment is required in FULL at the time of reservation.
Cancellations are refundable (minus $25.00 fee) only if canceled 30 or
more days prior to arrival Date. If cancellation is made less than 30
days prior to arrival, there will be no refund unless we are able to
re-book the unit. If not, we would be happy to reschedule your stay to
another time within the next 90 days subject to availability. There
are no refunds for early check out. At any time, a cancelled
reservation is subject to administrative fee of $25.00
By signing our rental agreement, you also agree to a refundable
$500.00 security & damage deposit credit card pre-authorization, to be
held by us, in case of any excessive cleaning, missing, smoked,
damaged items. This deposit is released upon departure check out
clearance.
Tenant is responsible for all loss and damage during stay, if any.
