We had a wonderful vacation and thoroughly enjoyed your condo!  Every room was clean and neat and beautifully appointed with all of the comforts of home.  We especially enjoyed the kitchen and the bar area.  The condo was such a short distance from the tram too!  We loved that the condo was so convenient to grocery stores, shopping and a variety of ski resorts.  Best of all was the close proximity to the hot tub!  We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of skiing. FAQs: Why our location is more desirable than the Gondola Village and Stagecoach: Heavenly California Main Base is well forested and protected from the sierra storms, this means lift access from Aerial Tram,  Gunbarrel, Powder Bowl Express will not be subject to wind and weather.
There is no children ski school at Stagecoach, where properties are "cliff hangers" with multi-level outside stair cases, difficult to access.
Heavenly Child Care center is located at the California Main Base only.
Being the 2nd highest elevation of all four base lodges, CA trails are accessible top-to-bottom, to the last day of the ski season.

PAYMENTS / SECURITY DEPOSITS / CANCELLATIONS POLICY:
A Master Card or Visa Credit Card is required for the reservation process.
We now accept PayPal credit & debit card payment.
A $250 one-night deposit payment is required at the time of reservation, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If a reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, rent payment is required in FULL at the time of reservation.

Cancellations are refundable (minus $40.00 fee) only if canceled 30 or more days prior to arrival Date.
If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-book the unit.
If not, we would be happy to reschedule your stay to another time within the next 90 days subject to availability.
There are no refunds for early check out. At any time, a cancelled reservation is subject to administrative fee of $40.00
By signing our rental agreement, you also agree to a refundable $500.00 security & damage deposit credit card pre-authorization, to be held by us, in case of any excessive cleaning, missing, smoked, damaged items. This deposit is released upon departure check out clearance. Damage deposit is waived if you purchase insurance option.
Tenant is responsible for all loss and damage during stay, if any.
