Home has three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a full size futon. The master bedroom has
it's own master bath and large closet. An additional futon on the enclosed lanai and additional air
mattress are available to sleep an additional 2-4. (1) Full bath and (1) ¾ bath
This home is completely remodeled with brand new Kitchen, tile counter-tops, appliances, washer &
dryer, tile throughout with newly carpeted bedrooms. All new furniture and linens (in 2006).
Enjoy relaxing times on the cozy Lanai with eating area, futon & chairs and wired for stereo.
Fenced in back yard with doggie door, patio, grill, yard swing, and privacy.

• Bedroom #3 doubles as an office with guest computer with 22 inch screen, free broadband
cable internet and Wireless-G Internet ready. (Great to check e-mail and communicate with loved ones)
• Living area has digital cable, 50" LCD HDTV, DVR with ‘on-demand’ and HBO, DVD and Bose
surround sound.

distance to the Pinellas Trail (Biking and Hiking) and the Gulf of Mexico! Swimming, Fishing,
Golfing, and Boating all within 5 miles!
