Not all condos are "on the beach"... I know, life's a beach... but our
poolside Arena Blanca condos are the best "off beach" condos in Playa
del Carmen! And just a flip-flop away from the white sands of the
Caribbean. (That translates to 5 minutes in flip-flops.)
Picking the right condo from a website can be treacherous, so you will
pat yourself on the back when you see these beautiful condos at Arena
Blanca. When you pull up to the hand-wrought iron gates, you'll know
you have arrived!
Classic Spanish architecture, thoughtful space-planning, and tasteful
interior design make this one of the classiest condos in Playa del Carmen.
Our first floor condos (no stairs!) are situated amidst tropical
flowers, palm trees, and a gorgeous tiled pool. You will feel like the
pool and gardens are all yours!
We designed our condos to easily accommodate four people, with
built-in mahogany cabinets and two bathrooms. Our customers have raved
about the beauty and convenience we created for them. But if you need

Our two condos have a lovely small garden terrace off the master
bedroom and the private use of our ROOFTOP TERRACE with lovely views
of the Caribbean and the city of Playa.
Arena Blanca is perfectly situated in the newer North End of Playa, a
few steps to the quaint shops and sweet restaurants of "Little Italy"
on Fifth Avenue. We are centrally located without being smack dab in
the touristy (noisy) downtown.
And the beaches?! Arena Blanca is on Calle 38, the landscaped gateway
to the famous Shangri-la and Mamitas Beaches (2 blocks). Tall, tan,
young, and handsome, you'll find the most beautiful beach-goers in the
Mayan Riviera here.
Arena Blanca has full-time management and staff; our motto is Clean &
Green. You will see the difference. And our prices include daily maid
service, bottled water, and courtesy cellular phone. ALL fees are
included in the price.

Summer Season: May 01-Nov 15 ...$125/night .. $800/week.
Fall Season: Nov.15-Dec.15 ... $150/night .. $995/week.
Christmas 2008 & Easter 2009 ................ $1550/week.
Prices includes all fees, daily maid service, bottled water, and
cellular phone. No tourism booking fees or reservation fees.
