Villa is Far enough out of town to
keep you out of the Party but close enough that if you want to join
your only 15 minutes away.

December is the best month with the best deals. The weather is
almost always awesome. We drop the
rate in this month only because its harder to rent before and during
the Christmas Holiday Season. I just came back frome the beach
01/19/09 shorts and t-shirt weather. could not have been better.
