Let us share our retirement home with you!  This is a beautiful brand new 2500 sq foot "Two Story  
Brick" home. It includes 3 bedrooms, bonus room, and 2 1/2 baths.  Enjoy luxury without the price!  
Located in Carthage on two acres just outside of Pinehurst off of 15-501. Quick road access to many  
golf courses in the area within 15 minutes.  Enjoy the wildlife and all that nature has to offer.   
Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the country, only three miles from the wonderful Historical Town of  
Carthage. You'll want to include time to visit the Town of Carthage and the quaint little shops.   
Look for Town of Carthage's web site online ...You'll want to visit the many antique shops, "From  
The Maker's Hand" little embroidery shop, and the coffee shops.  Then enjoy lunch or dinner at "Pik  
N Pig", an old post office located on the airport of Carthage.  Watch the small planes come in and  
enjoy a great dinner for as low as $5.50 for a full plate of barbeque pork, homemade potatoe salad  
and the best "Coca Cola Cake" you ever had!

courses in NC) 
 
Located approximately 1 hour to Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Durham, and Fayetteville.  Visit the  
Historical Chapel Hill or Raleigh Flea Market.  
 
Just minutes from great restaurants and shopping, including "Pik N Pig" and "The Ironwood Cafe" (you  
would not want to miss dinner at these restaurants). 
 
Located approximately 30 minutes from the famous Seagrove Pottery Area.  Enjoy a  
great drive through the hilly areas stopping at the many pottery shops along the way.   
 
Wonderful local events in the little close by towns, such as Robbins.  Check the website of NC
