UT Mountain Resort Home in Midway

This is a spectacular custom mountain home that comfortably sleeps up to 12.  It is located in the heart of a four season recreation paradise. 

There is over 4500 sq ft with great living space, three dining
areas, a a giant rec room with 70" TV, a formal living area, and
separate office.  There are five bedrooms with two king beds, two queen beds, and a set of bunk beds. There are two additional single beds to sleep
more if necessary.

Two gas fireplaces, natural gas grill, two full kitchens, two
microwaves, two washers and dryers, two jacuzzi tubs, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two TV's including surround sound
entertainment, DVD players, satellite TV service, beautifully
landscaped, gas heat, and A/C for summer months.

Also includes a Rec Membership to the Homestead Resort for use of
indoor / outdoor swimming pools,
whirlpools, and workout facility. Within 0.5 miles of home.

The home is located in Midway UT which is a quaint Swiss style town
without a single stoplight. The
Midway valley is sandwiched between two beautiful reservoirs, Deer
Creek and Jordanelle, and capped
off by the gorgeous 13,000' Mt Timpanogas for spectacular views.

Summer recreation abounds with 5 nearby golf courses, gold medal
trout river, moutain biking,
hiking, trails, etc. with numerous 5 star restaraunts within
minutes.

Winter activities abound as well with close proximity to 4 ski
resorts including Park City, Deer
Valley, The Canyons and Sundance. There is also cross country
skiing, tubing, snow shoeing,
snowmobiling etc.

This is a recreation paradise that is only 50 minutes from the Salt
Lake City airport, 20 minutes to
downtown Park City and 30 minutes to Provo.

$250 per night in Low Season
$349 per night in High Season
High Season for Summer is Memorial Day through Labor Day
High Season for Winter is Thanksgiving through Easter
Low Season is all other dates
